help with buying cigarettes

i live in new york state is there any place i can order signal cigarettes that will ship to NY?

Hey Cfd in Rochester, NY--- What Salamanca Outlet will have them delivered to you in NY State?? As far as I knew, no one can deliver cigs to anyone in NY legally now. They can mail little cigars though and legally. The little cigars are the same as cigarettes except they are rolled in tobacco leaf instaed of paper.

I used to buy from The Rez years ago and was wondering if they were still in business. Guess I'll have to see if I can find a phone number for them.
